The kid's ego might blow up for awhile, but later on maybe he'll be more sane: he's gotten something out of his system 98% of musicians dream of, playing on a big arena stage with a star. The uplifting thing is that he really pulled it off, and that Mayer gave him the chance. Wish there was a place on the internet that was just stories of things like that, instead of kittens being tossed off overpasses and political propagandizing.
