Members sk8centilli
If it doesn't say Rickenbacker, it's a [not necessarily] cheap knock-off. However, you answered your own question if whether or not it is good: "i played it and i liked it alot".
Members Carbohydrates
Tokai is a great brand. They're a Japanese brand responsible for the "Love Rock" copies of Les Pauls, which many consider to be higher quality than the actual Gibson LPs available at the time. Also note that Ric is extremely sensitive and litigious about their brand, so you won't find a whole lot of accurate knockoffs compared to, say, a strat or LP. Members Annoying Twit
Does anyone actually have any proper evidence that Tokai makes the Rockinbetter Rickenbacker copies? It is extremely widely claimed that these are made by Tokai. But, those in the know often dispute this.
