I've ordered several larger items from them, and other than a follow-up call to check on the arrival of an order...no crazy calls. That being said, I generally go to them for just about everything else. My sales engineer is a knowledgeable and friendly guy and never pesters me. I get a check-up phone call about once every 90 days, plus very occasional emails in between.
