Members nuke_diver Posted May 20, 2011 Members Share Posted May 20, 2011 Not entire OT. I have a bit of Ipad gas after seeing the garageband demo and a music instruction demo called on the Path. They look really cool and seem like they could be very useful but I sometimes see this kind of software stuff as a way that I could be distracted from actual playing (and those who have heard me know I need to practice practice practice ) Any ipad users care to comments on pros and cons of getting one for music? Members Saturn Posted May 20, 2011 Members Share Posted May 20, 2011 I have Garage Band on my iPad and think it's great. I can record a quick idea all the way to a whole song. The amp sims don't sound to bad either. While recording isn't the primary reason for my iPad it works great and is just one more thing I love about the iPad.
