Members BrewBuck72
Well, I bought this Anthem PST-20 almost a month ago now but better late than never for a Happy Used Guitar Day post. I got the guitar for $225 shipped from MusicGoRound which is a flat out steal for me. This is a really nice guitar regardless of price. It's got a chambered mahogany body with a quilt maple top and came with a pair of G&B pickups, full size alpha pots, coil tap, decent hardware, and I believe a graphite nut. The fit and finish are nice and I have no complaints about the fretwork. This is definitely one of the liveliest guitars I have played unplugged, probably due to the chambered body. It also sounds great through my Mustang amp so no complaints about the pups. The coil tap works surprisingly well to get passable single coil tones. Overall, a very welcome addition to my stable. As a comparison, I once had a Xaviere XV-700 and this guitar is superior in every way.
