Members =JL=
I'm at this exact same point, so have just ordered a Zoom G3 which should arrive tomorrow. I'll always have a simple fuzz pedal/tube amp setup, but I need more versatility for a couple of projects at the moment and my analog pedalboard is starting to piss me off. I try digital stuff every four years or so and end up going back, but what the hell, even the cheap stuff is starting to sound good enough onstage these days. Members honeyiscool
I was also looking at the G3. The price is certainly right, but I figured it would not let me activate three effects at the same time. But at the price of one of those, I could easily get a G3 and a bypass switch so that I can switch from the G3 to bypass as needed.
Members honeyiscool
p.s. Now I'm starting to regret selling my Digitech RP500. It would actually be perfect for what I'm trying to do now.
Members =JL=
Exactly, at that price I though it was worth trying, as it's designed to integrate with conventional pedals anyway, so if it doesn't do everything I need it to I can still find a use for it. Members Canadian Jeff
But I'm also not happy with the noise level. True bypass is seriously overrated. I never had this much noise when I had all Boss pedals. You can always tell who the gigging musicians are
