Members wcr15
Hey Everyone, I recently acquired: 1x 1979 Dimarzio X2N Power Plus Pickup (Still in its case with no corrosion)1x Bill Lawrence L-220 Pickup (Still in its case with no corrosion from about the same time as above). How much does everyone think these would be worth?Looking forward to responses!
Members wartoxin
to me no more than they usually are today, like 50 each. Are they supposed to gain collectors value or something?
Members RaVenCAD
I would agree, about the same as new ones, maybe less if they've been installed. If you had vintage PAFs or something, sure, collectors want those. But Dimarzio, not so much...
Members wcr15
Cool! Yeah they're still in their plastic packaging so they're uninstalled, 'brand new' effectively. That's sweet, I got them for nothing so anything is good. Might try them out!
Members The REAL Rocker
Some guys really love the old Lawerence L-220 pickup, and consider it to be one of Bill's best stuff:thu:. If it was in a box and unused, it is worth at least the equivalent on a brand-new Lawerence pickup in dollars to the right guy, and maybe more to the best guy.................The REAL Rocker. Members wcr15
Awesome! That's the kind of response I want! I'm in New Zealand so there's a pretty low chance of selling it locally considering our population. Might try ebay some time!
