Members ulank
That's a first for me. Alas, it wasn't a show, just me recording in me basement. But the impetus was, the day before I was tracking and had some jeans on. In the middle of a so-far good take, I was derailed by the dreaded beater in the pant cuff. So yesterday, I went to give it another whirl, and as I was about to sit down I recalled my earlier misfortune and thought I gotta take my pants off! Seeing as it's been cold lately, I've been donning long johns much of the week, so there I was, recording away, sporting long johns and a sweater. Sadly, I still didn't get a keeper take, but I will be taking my pants off and trying again tonite. That is all.

Members devinw
Of course you could also roll up one leg gangsta style like when you are riding a bike with loose pants on. This avoids having to drum in undies, but hey whatever floats your boat .

Members slap happy drums
I tuck my pant leg into my sock. Once I played a Halloween show in a Mu-Mu , most comfortable night of drumming I've ever had.

Members Carminemw
I went the other way and thought man...is he playing outside? it must be cold in that club...Try biking velcro ties. It will keep the pants closed but not tight enough to constrict your leg...
Members boomboomdrums
Totally misread the title. Thought it was at Long John's thinking Long John's was a strip club. As far as playing without your pants on, that's too much information. bye.

Members Drumming4Him
I dont think Ill ever eat at Long Johns ever again........ If you lived where I do, you wouldn't want to eat at Long John's AT ALL. Meh, if my sweater sleeves are too loose, sometimes I have to push them up my arms or just take of said sweater/jacket. When I practice at home I have to put on shoes or the beater beats the crap outta my foot. Also, I need to take all that crap out of my pockets - bulky wallet, cell, etc.
Members agogobill
Where did you find a pair of long johns big enough to hold you and your kit without ripping them to shreds? Musta been real hard to squeeze everything in them. I don't understand why you'd wanna do that. You could fit everything into a room much easier, I'd think. Oh well, to each their own.
