In no particular order:

 

Mashed, with garlic, green onion and plain yogurt (instead of butter or milk)

 

Baked

 

French fried

 

Oven roasted

 

Hash browns

 

Au gratin

 

Also potato soup, potato pancakes, potato chips, potato salad in any way shape or form, etc.

I love halved baby reds blanched at 200 degrees in oil for 10 minutes then cooled and dressed with a touch more olive oil, rosemary salt and pepper than roasted to the crispy golden outside yummyness mentioned above happens with the tasty delicious tender insides....mmmmm
