AHhh...man...I heard "Ball & Chain" on the way home last night. Awesome! How does your Social D cover band go over, btw? My friend's 80's band just started playing Social D's version of "Ring Of Fire" and it rocks...and people seem to like it even more than their dancy stuff, which is odd. Members guitargod0dmw Posted March 21, 2007 Members Share Posted March 21, 2007 We are/were supposed to play on Saturday at Riverside in Danielson, CT... We're not sure if we're doing it or not yet. The place is 2 hours from us, and we only had a few days notice for the show. The problem is they want us to bring people (obviously) but it's gonna be hard to get people to travel 2 hours on such a short notice!!! If we bring nobody, we're not sure if we'll get asked back...it's a predicament for sure... Trust me...we're not into turning down gigs! A gig is a gig...
