Members dwalmz
I was just perusing some bass stores online and came across this Fodera and noticed the way the strings were set up. Is this normal on Foderas for the B string strung on the top tuning gear peg?
Members HORSE
I was just perusing some bass stores online and came across this Fodera and noticed the way the strings were set up. Is this normal on Foderas for the B string strung on the top tuning gear peg? That looks really odd, but it doesn't look like the pegs are lined up properly for it to be strung up like normal.... Members cwatson
It looks like the most natural position for the B when you concider the other strings

Members HORSE
Apparently it is normal:http://www.fodera.com/gallery_linc.htmlIt's 'innovative'.
Members Rowka
It looks like poor design to me. 19483

Members t3ch
Wouldn't that help with a floppy B? I think if anything it would be GOOD design... Then again maybe I'm just retarded
Members guitargod0dmw
I think it's designed to give the low B a little extra room...kinda like a longer scale bass (even though this has nothing to do with the scale).
Members 2manband
since the string comes off the other side of the tuning peg, does that mean that you'd turn it the opposite direction from all the other pegs? Or maybe the threads in that tuning machine are backwards too, so it actually works like the others. Maybe 2 wrongs really do make a right.
