In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Quoc Pham says ex-gal pal Neli Petkova "intentionally misled" him into thinking they had "a good relationship and that she wanted to have a baby with him." "However, soon after getting pregnant [Petkova] told [him] she was only interested in getting a baby from him," the suit says. Pham says he found out their love was a lie after the pregnant Petkova came back from a 10-day bicycle trip in Arizona and told him "she had met someone else that could make her cervix orgasmic just by thinking and that [Pham] was sexually inadequate." "Previously she told [Pham] that he was a 'remarkable' lover," the Jackson Heights man's suit says. Pham told The Post that Petkova left the United States to have the child in her native Bulgaria, and that he's filing another lawsuit against her in California, where she now lives, charging her with child abduction. "It's very traumatizing," he said of his ordeal. Petkova could not be reached. It's unclear how long the couple was together. The suit says Petkova got pregnant in September 2003, after Pham "did not take precaution to prevent a pregnancy" at her urging. She dumped Pham in spectacular fashion at Thanksgiving dinner that year when she "publicly stated in front of everyone" that "she had better find someone who could afford to buy an apartment in Manhattan" and that she wouldn't ever trust Pham with their baby, the suit says. She also said that when "she found a new man, she would cut [Pham] off because she did not want the child to be confused." The suit says "the real reason" Petkova dumped him is because she planned on pursuing a relationship with the mentally stimulating guide from her bike trip. Pham "never intended to be an unwitting sperm donor and denied a relationship with his child," the suit says. Nevertheless, the suit says, Petkova "told everyone including a common acquaintance that [Pham] had abandoned her and the baby, while the truth is that she wanted to get rid of the plaintiff so that she could pursue Mr. Guy Compton," the psychically sexually satisfying cycle stud. "As a result of these emotional abuses, [Pham] suffered rashes on his back, mental confusion and distress to the verge of depression." Pham, who said he's studying to be a paralegal, is seeking a total of $1 million for Petkova's "intentional infliction of emotional distress." He's also seeking cash for "defamation of character." Pham said he's planning on moving to California in the near future, where a court has awarded him visitation with the now 3-year-old child.
