Since Cold- Calling is a part of my job too, I can't really complain, but GEEZ!!! At least have a real person talk to me, not a recording!!! Be sure to write down the name of the company and get their phone# from caller ID. There's a simple form to fill out on the Do Not Call Registry website. It'll take you 5 minutes maybe. A couple of months later you'll get a letter from the gov stating that they're looking into it. Sometimes you get a letter telling you that the company has been fined.
