Members Les_Izzmor
I love the stuff that Bruce Thomas did with Elvis Costello. You rarely hear about how cool his bass playing was. Graham Maby had some kick-ass bass lines as well.

Members Kakona
Any song by The Descendents, I've just started to listen to their stuff recently and the basslines are killer! Yes! Karl Alvarez is a great bassist. My favorite is Coolidge from the Decendents' ALL album. Clean Sheets and Cameage are great also. Very quick. Members Super Bass
If you heard me play, you'd be calling me an expensive instrument holder... I sometimes refer to myself as a bass owner rather than bassist, sometimes it's way too true.
Members LanEvo
I'm surprised people don't talk more about the fretless work Bakithi Khumalo did on Paul Simon's "Graceland." I still remember every note he played on: The Boy in the Bubble Graceland Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes You Can Call Me Al Under African Skies Great stuff Liar - Rollins BandRollins always has great bass players. Melvin Gibbs is great. But my favorite is still Andrew Weiss. Listen to pretty much anything off 1992's "The End of Silence." Amazing playing and tone.
