Members seraphim7s
Recently got a P-bass (see sig) - it's quite beat up and 'well loved' by the previous owner, and I wanted to change the pickup covers to vintage cream from black ... the ones I ordered don't match the rest of the bass because they're, well, brand new and the bass ... isn't! So does anyone know how to 'age' a set of pickup covers?
Members NeonVomit
Bury them in the yard for about a year. Ok, for something quicker than that, I'm guessing some sort of acid to corrode them?

Either that, or rub some dirt on them. I'd probably use a little steel wool on it too, just to get the glossy sheen off the covers.
