Members jonathan_matos5
would somebody explain how to contain a matter and antimatter reaction? and if antimatter reacts with all matter then how do they even store antimatter in the first place? Members groutt
Coils. It's something about coils. EDIT: Hey, what? Parody of a parody? Copy of a parody of a parody? What did I fall for here?
Members lokidecat
Antimatter containment is the process whereby antimatter and matter are kept separated by the use of magnetic fields.

Members tubealot
Just because they call it "antimatter" doesn't mean that it will react with everything that exists.

Members Chaos5522
antimatter refers to a group of particles. Each individual type of antimatter particle reacts only with it's corresponding matter particle....sure it just may be true that everything is made up of corresponding particles so it really doesn't make too much of a difference. And as far as Star Trek is concerned, yes, they used magnetic fields for the containment of the antimatter.
