Members Cliff Fiscal
There's one at the pawn shop? I didn't see a price on it...... What's a good used price? How do they sound?

Some people bash them since catphish broke his Eden amp or something.
Members Cliff Fiscal
I'm reading those right now...... I suppose the price will dictate my actions......just figuring out if it's worth a damn.
Members Ender_rpm
I've tried it in stores, it sounded nice, but at that size and weight, I prefer a head and cab solution. YMMV, etc.
Members moogieotter
Eden heads are warm and speaker cabs nice and deep/loud. I think the compressor is the best built in compressor I have used. Anytime I use another head I miss the compressor on my Navie. Probably not a problem if you have a pedal or rackmout comp though. Will the shop let you open it up and thump on it for 30 mins w ur own bass? Tell em its a free concert. Keep us posted.
Members Cliff Fiscal
What are Eden amps good for? Loud clean tones? ballsy in your face? articulate? smooth? I'm sure the pawn shop will have it priced at or over the eBay price..... $900 I think it would have to be around $500-600 for me to bite? I don't use a compressor? They usually let you play them....yes. Not sure I'd be comfortable really digging in there.

Members T. Alan Smith
Plenty lod enough to keep up with a mature guitard and drummer. Can b ballzy or smooth depending on your touch and other gear in you chain. Fine for a more permanent situation. I wouldn't want to lug it up the stairs after a hard gig after a long work week.
