Members slash81291
Hey guys, I picked up the MP1 and I must say I dig it a lot. I am nailing some Nuno tones (big fan boy) with my N4s. Great thick tone when running through the return of a marshall DSL head into my 4x12 of g12ms. However, it is time to get a poweramp and I am on the fence between an original black carvin t100 and a tubeworks mosvalve 982. The purpose of this rig is to be a portable jam/recording setup and backup to my main rig. Any thoughts?
Members jdr94
outta those two its no contest. the carvin. the mosvalve is horrible. the provalve is the good one from tubeworks. if you have any interest in a mesa 50/50 pm me.

Members bigjd
Nice little amps. Get on the carvin forums and find out what the bias should be set at and make sure it's set there.I have the newer version and I biased it from factory to what it supposed to be and it really made a huge difference in the way it pushed with my MP-1.
