Yamaha S215IV Speakers...any good?

Does anyone have any experience with these speakers? They claim to have a "quasi-sub" crossover feature...the bottom 15" driver sees low frequencies, the upper 15" gets mids and the horn gets the highs.

Also, they are rated in the manual like this:

500 watts Noise

1000 watts Program

2000 watts Peak

They are 4 ohm cabinets

I have a QSC RMX 2450 that puts out 750 watts per channel into 4 ohms...will this amp drive these cabs adequately?

Thanks for your help

Actually,as I understand most quasi-crossovers,both woofers will handle the low frequencies but then there are two different crossover frequencies between the woofers and the horn. Am I correct? As for power, you will be sending them more than enough. Be prepared to do a bit of EQ'ing to clean them up in the low mids.
