Members pktaskes
Any significant differences in sound? Looks like the X touts an improved horn.
Members Al Poulin
The EVP-X15 has a new 1.75'' (coil size) titanium driver and elliptical horn for smoother and more powerful high frequencies. I have heard both models but own the newer EVP-X15. The older model sounded good as well. Awesome cabinet for very little cash. They are loud and very nice looking. Good warranty too. Looked inside and everything looks good and well built. The only negative is the cabinet itself seems somewhat flimsy and the carpeting won't last too long unless well cared for. But for the money, it is an excellent performer. Al Poulin - Party-Time! DJ Services
Members stunningbabe
Have you auditioned their Twin series?? if you have not, the Twin will blow the EVP and other series away! The Twin is fuller, richer sounding and definitely more solid overall.
