It's good for starter PA if you like Peavey definitely better then Nady,Kustom and Behringer crap. The Sp2's are decent, amps seemed good. The mixer from what I saw in the pics is way to small for a full R&R band format. IMO the racks are worthless just never liked racking expensive rack gear in cheap plastic cases.

For what he is asking I just thought that someone could use it as a decent starter PA. For that price you could take what you wanted and sell the rest. Not all of us use our gear on a daily basis and need the sturdy wooden racks. I am using a Gator 10x6 and have not had any problems.
