Members ksl Posted December 27, 2022 Members Share Posted December 27, 2022 (edited) Greetings,,, Though I'm carefully eyeing the SMS & FYD preamps, do either the Frog or the Effectrode have the proper level of output to plug right into my Mac MC30 home audio tube amp? Will the output resistance/level of them suite the input of an amp that's meant to receive a line level signal from an 'actual' preamp? I believe the output of the Frog is 34K. The amps input impedance is 0.5meg for a 0.5 volt input. I've contacted each company, but getting only vague responses.
