Apparently it detects clipping and auto attenuates the gain? Yes, and that's the ideal way to do it provided you are smart enough to size the amp properly for the application. The 2231 is one of only a couple that I am familiar with. :lol: Yeah, I guess "some" would have been a better choice of words.
