Members Notes_Norton Posted December 15, 2016 Members Posted December 15, 2016 Has anybody heard of verne.com.ar "Verne Smart Music" are they legit? I got an unsolicited e-mail from them today with an offer to transcribe audio files into MIDI files. Since I do my own backing tracks, if they do it for commercial songs, it could save me enough time to make the prices they quoted worthwhile. I never-ever respond to unsolicited e-mails that seem to be spam, and this one might very well be spam, but targeting spam for MIDI transcription service doesn't sound like it's spam-worthy. They don't mention this service on their web-site. Does anybody know anything about them? I tried googling but haven't found anything but their own site. If you have done any business with them, where they legit? Did they do a good job? Thanks,Notes

Members davd_indigo Posted December 16, 2016 Members Posted December 16, 2016 You might try the Pianoworld Composer's Lounge forum. I just checked over there (I couldn't recall his name). There's a guy named Nikolas who posts regularly. He composes and I think runs some sort of music publishing business - such as it can be now days. But he might know this sort of thing.
