I'm not sure what your analog clock source / format is, but if anyone makes something that will meet your needs, it will probably be one of these two companies:

This looks like it might be the answer - http://www.moltenvoltage.com/products/CV_SYNC_by_Molten_Voltage_-_MIDI_Clock_to_CV_Synchronizer.html So am I understanding correctly that this would make the MIDI device the master clock, and the Clockworks the slave? Or could it work in reverse?
