Custom built by Wayne and Michael Charvel in 2005 or 2006. Wayne Guitars model Rock Legend. Maple neck w/ great birdseye, maple fretboard, original Floyd Rose, Seymour Duncan JB Tb-4 humbucker in bridge and Seymour Duncan Jazz N2 in neck. 22 jumbo frets. Contoured neck joint. Three way toggle for bridge, bridge+neck or neck pickups. Gototh tuning keys, locking nut. Custom black paint (black mica -- shiny black with gold and silver and red metallic flakes). Cost $4,000 new. Sell for $1,500 or obo, or trade for Ampeg SVT bass rig, or something else interesting? More details and pictures are at: Please see http://www.chatbase.com/wayne/

Email tim@studiotracks.com for info or offers or trade offers.

PS: For trade offers; if you have an amp, I'm only interested in Marshall's, and please, no newer Marshall's built after 1984. Also, no other guitar trades (unless it's a nice Martin acoustic or something like that). I'm not looking for any drum gear, or mics or studio gear, only older Marshall amps (with original transformers), a nice acoustic (i.e., older Martin), or a bass rig (such as an Ampeg SVT (pro 4, 5 or 6) w/ a 6x10 or 8x10 cab). Otherwise I'm only looking to sell it, since I don't want or need anything else. Thanks for your consideration and saving us both time.

Sorry, but I don't like Peavey at all, and if I was going to do a trade or even partial trade for another guitar, I'm really only looking for an upper line acoustics (like an older Martin). Honestly, the Wayne is top of the line, so it wouldn't make sense to trade it (even partially) for any other electric, else I'd just instead keep this 3rd Wayne. I'm looking at some nice bass rigs, so that is the motivating reason for considering trade offers if I don't just sell it outright, but I am considering offers for vintage Marshall's for amps (nothing else), an older Martin or similar acoustic, or a bass rig (head/rack/cab) setup. Good luck with your sale.

I might also consider a 70's Les Paul Custom (no Jr's, special's or studio's) and maybe a nice PA system (no Peavey, or low end brands), something like EV speakers with a good brand powered mixer or head.
