finger settings for this?

How would you put your fingers for this:

So, I guess you put your 1st finger on the first fret, hammer on with your pinky, but what then? How can I do the pull offs ?

Do I have to set my pinky together with 2nd and 3rd finger at the same time to be able to do the pull offs that come next?

That would be the most practical if your fingers have nowhere else to be. If you had to you could use the fingers in pairs, adding the fingers in succession, or simply tap everything.

You don't have to set your ring finger down exactly at the same time as your pinky, but it does need to be laid down before you do the pull off, so it's going to be at almost the same time if not exactly at the same time. Ideally you'll want to get a sort of 'rolling' movement down where you smoothly and seemlessly roll between the four fingers in this pattern.
