Mark Wein
I am extremely interested in the slide series. Thanks. I'll definitely put one together, then! I'm not Derek Trucks but I think I can put together a few solid lessons on playing slide in both standard tuning and open E....open G I'm not as hip in although I might touch on it... Members Music Calgary
Awesome, standard tuning is my current plan.My guitar tech was by here to pick up my main axe for an overhaul last night and he started playing slide on it through my rig -- sounded so beautiful... Suffice to say I am highly motivated.

Members Celik
No problem! Actually I have a series of picking etudes on the website in the technique section...check this out: Alternate Picking Primer LessonAlternate Picking Lesson #2 - Alternate Picking ArpeggiosAlternate Picking Lesson #3 - String Skipping EtudeAlternate Picking Lesson #4 - TripletsAlternate Picking Lesson #5 - Sixteenth notesWOW Thanks Mark i will definitely go through that. My practice now has been focused on developing alternate picking and as you know its all about metronome and picking notes evenly so timing is important as you know. Thanks again and ill check those out.
