Members phishmarisol
Looking for a good but inexpensive clean boost. Would like to keep it $50 or under on the used market or new if I can get a good one for that price. Only 2 things that are a must...must not add much, if any, noise and must not change tone. Members FLYING V 83
Buy a new Bad Monkey for $40. Solves your problem.

Members NoirAbattoir
I strongly suggest a used Zinky Master Blaster. I bought mine for $60 bucks. Worth double that, easily. Awesome pedal. TB, LED, AC adapter, awesome clean boost that slams your tubes with uncolored goodness...

Members Narcosynthesis
try the Marshall BB-2 Bluesbreaker, it has a clean boost mode which sounds pretty transparent to me David
Members The*Ataris
I have a nearly new Seymour Duncan Pickup Booster I'd sell to you for $50. I actually liked it quite a bit, but an OD works better for my setup... It's about as clean as I've found...

Members fakeplastic
DOD Bi-fet preamp. Mine cost $20. Best pedal I have ever bought. If you leave the tone knob around 12 o'clock, there is no tone change at all and the boost is fantastic. The only downside is that they're getting hard to find. Members Ziggy Pop
Do NOT buy the Bad Monkey. I think this is a horrible pedal, I'd love to get rid of mine.
Members paulandpaul
+1 on the DOD bi fet. it is exellent, transparant and if it came in a prettier box, was boutique and cost $119 bucks everyone on this board would be {censored}ting their pants over it.i paid $25 for mine. Members MrSage
I'd go with the Bi-Fet or a Zoom PD-

Members ginnboonmiller
Since the PD-01 is on the list now, I'm gonna recommend the Rocktron Austin Gold, which is even cheaper, and transparent as all hell if you set it right.
