I could probably stand to sleep a little more, but I've been on a 6-hours-a-day schedule for like... 5 years now, so my body is tuned to it. And I think is a sighing face. I gotta wake up at 3 am for work and hardly ever get to bed before 10 pm. So naps are definitely a planned thing during the day. They're even better when I'm at work and I can squeeze one in.
