Members inscho
Anyone with a MIK Casino, have you experienced a rattling noise around the rear pickup when letting a note sustain? I am trying to track down the problem...and I think the pickup cover is buzzing but I am not quite sure.... thanks
Phil O'Keefe
Nope, never had that problem. Maybe it's the pup cover, or maybe the internal wiring is vibrating aganst the interior top wood? Hard to say...

Hard to say... yeah those are the two problems I narrowed it down to....I want to replace the switch, but my regular tech refused to do the job
Phil O'Keefe
My switch died last year. I took it to Alex at Ontario Music (a local So CA store) and he replaced it, did a setup / intonation job and of course, put new strings on it. I use Elixirs, so the strings are not cheap either....Total cost - parts / labor - for everything: $35.
Members inscho
I need to find a tech like that here, I get gouged on everything....but I don't know anybody else that will do it right

Members jonny guitar
those little screws in the pups rattled like crazy on my epiphone...I ended up touching them with clear nail polish to set them and that solved the problem
Phil O'Keefe
I thought that tailpiece looked pretty old and oxidized. Nice pic though.
