There are quite a lot, but among the most informative forums I know include support.microsoft.com, tomshardware.com and techsupportforum.com... There is also an "ask online" technical support site like Techjocks which is specifically intended for questions related to computers. However, it's not a forum but rather, an online form which you just have to fill in and send. You'll get a response directly on your email, if you feel that is more convenient to you.
