They showed me wonderful personal service in handling my defective Andy. I will consider them first when shopping for any new synth gear, and I have no trouble recommending them to others. Before shipping it back, I did peel off the UPS label and found underneath it another label, this one from the Alesis-to-Nova shipment. I have the Alesis address and tracking number from that.
