If you think it's necessary, you could even offer to "train" your replacement if there are specific parts that he/she would need to learn. Just some ideas. It just sucks because I knwo the drummer is going to be hella pissed (he's my friend) and we put this band together. But there's just no chemistry with the new members and I'm totally not feeling it.
