Members Klisk
Well, who are they? I know that everyone here loves 'em, but I can't consciously remember the last time I saw someone playing 'em. Well, asides from Sonic Youth, of course. Not to confuse Jazzmaster pickups with P90's, I know there's a difference. But they have a P90 equipped axe or two as well. I take that back, Pete Townshend and Matt Bellamy use 'em too, huh? Anyone else?
Members Johnny Fandango
Awww I thought the Jazzmaster had p-90...I know they look p90ish...I was gasing for a jazzmaster last week...I thought..."Fender with p90s WOOAH!" I played the Re-issue and they sound very p90 to me... I never was into fenders cuz none of them had the pickups I like... oh well... how are they different? Members Filthy Soapbar
Dan Spitz from Anthrax. Leslie west from Mountain. Albert Hammond from The Strokes. Brian Bell from Weezer. I seen Satch, Angus Young, and Daron Malakian from System of a Down with P-90 guitars, but no evidence they played 'em.

His black beauty guitar has pickups from an old Gibson Firebird. His old Gretsch was a, erm...Gretsch. It didn't have P90's. EDIT: His Black Beauty neck pickup is a P-90. I stand corrected. He's using LP Jrs a lot since '94 Voodoo Lounge tour. Both single and double cut. I remember seeing him with a Melody Maker of sorts during 'Spme Girls' period. Neil Young's LP is actually called 'Old Black'
