Phil O'Keefe Posted October 31, 2006 Share Posted October 31, 2006 You guys are going to give him a guilt complex. Seriously, we had to reset some passwords when we did a software upgrade recently. If you changed your email address since you first signed up, you can't get a new / temp password sent to you, because the system is sending it to your old "email address of record" that we have on file from when you signed up or last changed it. If you still have the same email as when you signed up, just enter your email and click "forgot password" and a new one will be sent to you. If you no longer have access to your old email address, or are having any other problems, please send us an email at forums@harmony-central.com and tell us your old screen name, old email address, new email address and any other identifying info you can and we'll get you fixed up.
