Members keano
I have a JCM800 2203 and use a MXR ZW for metal. Love it. But wonder would be OCD be as ballsy and give me something the ZW OD doesn't? I heard OCD can be cold?
Members telephant
OCD has A LOT of gain. Its a pretty good pedal but if you dont really need anymore gain than you already have Id say its not worth buying it since you have ZW
Members Armoredfist316
Ive never played the wylde od but they ocd does low gain awsome. I think i actually like it better for low gain. I would say go for it:thu:
Members erksin
As long as you buy the newer version, the v1 was a very hard/cold sounding box IMO... It cleans up REALLY well from the guitar, BTW - loved that about it.
Members PurpleStrat
I had them both at the same time and the OCD made the ZW sound like a joke. If your using it to boost your 800 get ready for something your not used to,,,bass!
Members keano
Ok Purplestrat based on that comment alone about Bass. I hope your right I am downloading the $160. Still curious about BB though

Members The*Ataris
I play a JMP 2203 and thought the ZW OD was a joke compared to other pedals I've used with it. Nothing wrong with trying something new...
Members aksman
the OCD is great for low-gain. it kicks ass at higher gain, but when used at lower gain, i find that it is WAY more versatile. and ya, warm yet defined with some nice sustain fading into feedback. i'd buy a 2nd so i can have 1 for high gain and 1 for low (and i dont like the other fulltone pedals), but i've got other pedals coming.
