Members TeleMan1985
Okay guys, another stupid question - but you guys seem to know it all! What does the DD-3 do that the DD-6 doesn't? What does the DD-6 do that the DD-3 doesn't? Does the DD-20 do everything that the DD-3 and the DD-6 can do? Thanks!
Members Wilbo26
In short...spend the extra $20 and get the DD-20. The DD-3 is just a basic digital delay. Not a bad thing of course. DD-6 has reverse, warp, hold and I believe more delay time than the DD-3. DD-20 has all that and a lot more delay modes, much more versatile and not much more money. It also has enough delay time for its hold mode to be used as a decent looper, whereas the 5.2 seconds on the DD-6 is more of a tease than anything. The Digitech Digidelay is a cheaper and better option in my opinion than the DD-6, and the DD-20 is a no brainer if you want to go Boss.
Members M900
I have the Digidelay and it does all the DD6 stuff, as far as I can tell for way less. I just can't get into it, at least not as much as my old DD3, which I still regret flipping. I guess I'm a delay Troglodyte. c

It's about 800ms, so it's next to useless.

Members Lanefair
The DD20 does a lot more of everything. Plus it has the tape and modulated modes which is reason enough to forget about any compact pedal.
