im planing on buying a tiny terror for home and small gig use.

i was thinking of just getting a 112 cab when i came across this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/New-1x12-Speaker-Cabinet-Kit-Knockdown-Model_W0QQitemZ330105324558QQihZ014QQcategoryZ10171QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem

It looks pretty cool and would be pretty fun to make, plus i can choose my own speaker and i can get orange tolex.

im just worried about puting the tolex on, if it comes all cut for you or if i will have to fit it myself.

what do you guys think?

I think it looks pretty cool myself. I would probably go with one of those if I got a Tiny Terror. And I want one bad, but I've got a ways to go before I can do it. BTW, what speaker are you thinking of matching up with the TT amp?

either way, the Tiny Terror is the only Orange amp that cries out for a white cabinet to accompany it.

Someone (Brian from Subdecay, maybe?) picked up cab #1 from him. Don't know his prices though...

I need a cab too, but I have too move my Peavey 412 first..

never noticed...

If you're interested in the LOPO cabs, why not just pay the extra $$ and get an assembled one?

Or if you wantt o knock it together yourself, why not just buy the lumber and have Lowe's or ome Depot make the cuts for you? They'd cut everything except the holes for the speakers.

I went to a store in town yesterday and played a variety of 4x12 & 1x12 cabs with the TT. The Greenbacks sounded best clean but farty and sizzly dirty, the V30 sounded real good clean and GREAT dirty, and the Rola black backs were aweful.

i was kinda leaning towards the V30.

im looking to get kind of a rolling stones tone out of the amp.

EDIT: how do you put in the speaker? does the grill cloth pop off?
