Members p00n
The 6S100. Sure looks similar. Wait is it me or did this take the place of the supposed Orange clone which was on the site for a while? Either way I'm excited for a Sunn or Orange clone in the future
Members ChuckNorris1982
looks decent, but would 2xKT88 valves make for a 200w output? i always thought KT88s were 60w each. i'm not too well up on my amp knowledge, mind.
Members p00n
I've always assumed Model Ts to be more than 100 watts since they're supposedly obscenely loud, not sure though. Do they break up naturally (at sane levels) or are they just a loud huge clean platform for pedals?
Members ChuckNorris1982
model Ts are 200 watts. well, the originals are. fender re-issued those {censored} channel changing ones that were nothing at all like the originals, and i think they were 100 watts. Members shinobimilton
hey daniel. nice to see you around man. glad to you haven't let the prelims get completely to you. haha. and yeah. sunn amps look absolutely sweet. even that clone. but hey, the hiwatt mistersuperfly posted sometime earlier today is even more lovely looking. haha
Members p00n
Hey milton! Hah its lit tomorrow anyway, no harm gear surfing a little. Yup hiwatts are definitely sweet. Too bad the shipping costs for amps are insane eh. I guess the closest we can get is one of those ceriatones. On a happy note though, my amp's (finally) coming back in about a week's time. Hopefully the tech found a set of the funky preamp tubes (6eu7s) for a good price. If not I'll have to blow almost 100USD more on 3 NOS ones. Members object88
The Weber version is 100W, so says Weber's main page.

Members Urinate Forever
I don't like the look of the model. I'd probably put a sunn logo plate on there and pretend it's some uber sunn amp. then tell people it's a kit.
Members Eye_Of_The_Liger
model Ts are 200 watts. well, the originals are. fender re-issued those shit channel changing ones that were nothing at all like the originals, and i think they were 100 watts. I believe the old ones are 100-150 watts. The RI's aren't anywhere near the same as the originals, but they are still bad-ass amps in their own right. To each his own I guess... Members Urinate Forever
"Powered by 4-6550's with 2-12ax7's in the pre-amp and one 12ax7" that's a quote from a review on a '72 Sunn model-t.
Members sa1126
Do they break up naturally (at sane levels) or are they just a loud huge clean platform for pedals? yes. mine breaks up with the volume at 3 which is very loud, but the tone is unbeatable. think really heavy isis/pelican kind of stuff (and at this volume, i was smoking my buddy's jcm900 100watt with the volume on 7 )
