Members only_shallow
You're judgeing EHX by their weakest pedals... the nc sucks.

Members Poltergeist
the nano clone is EHX's worst pedal to date! the regular clone is AMAZING!

Members NetStar
Cheap, though. The Nano muff is roughly that price. What's that like?
Members melx
Cheap, though. The Nano muff is roughly that price. What's that like? nano muff is ok, but it's not a 'muff' in the big muff sense, it's more of a light spikey overdrive.
Members only_shallow
Cheap, though. The Nano muff is roughly that price. What's that like? its basically like a the 1960's Muff Fuzz, so its very overdrive-y and a sort of a mild fuzz. I wanna try it out and see how it is... Members Poltergeist
yeah, they are about the same... i actually like the nano small stone ever better then these regular size ones.... the small clone, and only that one, on the other hand came out absolute {censored}! Members only_shallow
nonono, the normal clone has a depth switch and the nano doesn't. I think there was another difference which i forgot now...
Members Poltergeist
no, it actually sounds thin and really really bad! its not the absence of the switch that made it suck,....

Members SG dan
I played a nano muff just yesterday. didnt sounds like a muff at all. not even a fuzz. sounded like a cheap boost type thing. I ended up getting a russian bbig muff. that sounds like a real fuzz.
Members tetaJ
well it is going back. of course i cannot compare this pedal or any other chorus to the ones i use, the Choralflange and the Analogman mini, but man, it really sucks
Members Poltergeist
dude, get a small clone chorus, a normal one... its orgasmic!
Members L6Sguy
sgdan, the nano muff is not supposed to be a big muff. if it was a big muff in some fashion, it'd say big muff somewhere on the box. its like bitching that your box of hot chocolate doesnt have a bar of chocolate in it, "well it says chocolate on the box "gus, go read some reviews, and some ad copy, before some ad writer is out of a job. Members iluvnoise
i think the nc is the worst chorus i have heard, don't understand how people can play with it. That's like saying you just had the worst bee sting you've ever had. Most chorus effects suck by default. It's really, really hard to get it right. Has to be hi-fi and stereo to work at all, IMO. :poke:

There is a reason you don't see any of EHX fans talking about the nano clone. Their other choruses are FAR superior.
