I have a friend. who has a friend in light places who made him some airplane parts out of sheets of that stuff.. He just gave the guy a pattern. I saw the parts and was around when he was building the thing. The hombuilt airplane guys are a pretty neat bunch of guys and typcally are always up to a challenging deal just because they love to tinker , design and make stuff. It dont have to fly lol.
