Members loxley11
Hi everyone. What's the street price of a used v-combo with a single srx card (vintage keys)? Pretty good condition, some scratches on the end panels. Any thoughts? Thanks,loxley11

Members eajc
The VR-760, or V-Combo, is amazing -- I cant' see selling mine anytime in the near future. IMO it's 10 times more versatile than the Electros, has a better keyboard feel, real drawbars, etc. The ONE drawback is that it doesn't have a separate organ output....but the other advantages outweigh that by a mile IMO. Members Outkaster
I wanted that VR-760 bad... why did Roland discontinue it?I t wasnt even out very long Because plain and simple it did not sound very good. I never thought the electro-mechaincal sounds were that great.

Very nice action, and having drawbars was great. But it had that thin Roland top end to the organ, and the rhodes, clav and wurli could not even touch the Electro IMO. When it was new I spent a lot of time with it on a saturday to see what it was like. I never saw one used in a pro environment. I was meant to compete with the Electro.
