Members scolfax Posted June 8, 2008 Members Share Posted June 8, 2008 I recently got a Pod X3. I love experimenting with the different tones, but find the descriptions in the manual lacking. For example, I'd like more information about the Fender Dual Showman amp. The drive knob doesn't dirty it up as much as the other amp models. What's its history? What styles is it most used for? Members XanaduNEX Posted June 9, 2008 Members Share Posted June 9, 2008 Don't know much about the Pod or where you could find the descriptions, but the Dual Showman amp uses the Twin Reverb's circuit, so even at higher volumes it doesn't really distort much.
