Over the weekend there I got a Behringer Auto Wah and it's not just awful, but {censored}ing awful. When I engage the effect there is a loss of sound for about 1 second before it comes on, is this a problem with all auto wah pedals or just the Behringer? The Boss one sounds pretty good from the demos but I'm just not sure! Also, can it do a notched wah effect ala Michael Schenker. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Forumite Belt just posted a thread about an envelope filter he made that has a switch for fixed wah sounds. He's selling it in the spam thread for $100 or something. I wasn't wowed; it wasn't "chewy" enough or tweakable enough. I ended up with an Exar Triwah, which is more or less a Jacques Trinity - very, very good indeed.
