Members slash81291
I want something that can sound like a Moog LP or Voyager, and also have the option for an electric piano. Limit is about 1k US Used... Thanks!
Members Yoozer
Korg Radias or Access Virus C, but you're going to need a controller keyboard with that (lucky for you, they're not that expensive anymore). No, seriously, the thing's got a very nice Rhodes .
Members Tusks
If you don't mind going with electric pianos that like the 1980's DX pianos than a rhodes ... then try these ... Clavia Nord Lead 3 $1200 usedAn1X $350 used
Members eric
Go for a good rompler like a Motif ES, Fantom X, Triton. They can all do good synth sounds and also cover the EP territory, not to mention a ton of other sounds. That would be your most versatile play. Members The Pro
Hard to go wrong with the Kurzweil K2000's that are still sold on eBay for really cheap (often under $500).

Members Karma1
I was surprised at how good the electric piano sounds on my Novation X-Station are. After a bit of tweaking I've been using it on a recording and it sits really well in a mix. It's also got a full range of analog synth type sounds, lots of knobs, sliders, etc. There may be other synths that cover all the bases better, but this one may be worth checking out. Members dereksljuka
Nord Lead 2X all the way... it does more than a Moog could ever dream of. The synth engine is fantastic and there are plenty of e-piano and organ presets in there.
