Members Sovtek50
Looks like a Silvertone to me. A great sounding amp that is sure to break down all the time!
Members garyfanclub
mmm I bet that thing sounds totally dope though, regardless of the fact that your tech will be a millionaire by your doing alone...
Members whatsaguitar
ben gibbard from death cab plays one. he had his amp tech make him a custom one so he didnt have to take his vintage one on the road
Members Sovtek50
I read somewhere that Jack White doesn't take that one on the road when he tours internationally. I guess it doesn't travel so well. A friend of mine had one for awhile. Sounds great, but very unreliable.

Members rileykill
Would be nice for recording. There is room in the cabinet to store the head. Saw one on CL for $600 ... was that a good deal?

Members rileykill
Good to know for reference ... Edit : the price was for head and cab ... but it seemed a little steep to me. That's Austin for ya.

Look at all the Raconteurs vids on youtube from Europe and sure enough that amp will be there. He uses that and a twin almost every gig. BTW i want that amp!
