...because that's what Gilmour used on that recording isn't it.

I'm fairly certain he didn't use a musket either :poke:
However skreddy makes a pretty good pedal imo.
iirc gilmour used a fuzz face on that one didn't he? Which is why I said the Sunface would also be a good choice

true true...:)

I only suggested the musket, because it can do many different fuzz sounds.

but on reflection, why not wait a little while and see what the Big Muff with wicker is gonna be like tubezipper?

Orwell didn't you have a peppermint at some point? what did you think of it?

Yeah, I did have one for a while and I liked it for what it was. A raunchy, '60s style Fuzz that could get into some Fuzz Factory territory. It sounded real good with single-coils and I found it very versitle although some will claim that the Sunface is better. Oh, and I thought it cleaned up fairly well.

Overall, it was good Fuzz and I find that the video demos don't really do it justice.

Thanks

I saw those just now on their website!
:thu:

It's just sounds too much like a muff. I don't think having a BMP and a musket would be wise. Unless it sounds really good combined.

in that case, knock the skreddy off the list too...I believe the frantone is muffy too, but I might be wrong on that.

so you are really after a fuzz face type?

yeah fuzz face i guess.

why knock the lunar module off?

should i just a get freakin fuzz factory?

it's way overpriced for a simple fuzz, IMO of course...

yeah, {censored} it, why not....fuzz factory is lots of fun and very different from a BM...

or if you want simple vintage fuzz face sound I'd get a monsterpiece.
