My man, and it all worked out for him. I've found this through experience, some guys like being boyfriends, it works for them. Some don't care. I've been in the OP's shoes and actually got what I wanted but left it because it was absolutely wrong. The way I see it is when I look back at what I did in college, I don't want to remember chasing girls, I want to remember all the music I made.
