Members jorhay1
Sounds great. one thing I notice is when disengaged, no level drop or anything. But when on, I must have the level all the way up, and even then the level isn't quite as loud as when it's disengaged. is that normal? dead battery? anyway, It sounds Great! Sweet! I love tonebenders. That probably sounds like what happens when you don't have one of the cables in all the way. Are they fully engaging? I'd hate for you to have it cranked and it engages quick. Also, how loud is your amp set? Sometimes fuzzes don't do a whole lot when the volume is super low. Members jacobhf
Very good choice! I've never had the volume issue with mine. I'm sure you could contact jon and he could help get that worked out.

Members Mr. Shankly
I don't think the battery is the issue on the lower volume output as I have a Stone Bender and it does the same thing. I dig it a ton though; especially in the OD type mode. The combo of it w/ the Karl and Fuzz Factory (all on at the same time) peels serious paint. Members musikerochan
is that PNP or NPN? positive supply or negative supply? i built one (TB MK2 pro from GGG) and unity volume is about 12:00. seriously. and R2 installed on mine was 100k instead of 10K. i dont know if it s related, but 2:00-5:00 is way loud! Members musikerochan
That's why its nice to have both yeah. im pooling some resistors, caps, etc. for a TB MK2 Pro again. this time i'll be using NPN silicon trannies (first one was Germanium PNP, but negative ground; compatible with most of my pedals as regards powering )

Members jorhay1
Did you exchange it or send back to Gundry? I exchanged it at the store I know its better for the builder if I deal with the builder directly but truetone picked this pedal for me so i was a little miffed at them they just handed it to me and i should have said something at the time but i was just like " uh,,,,okay" so part of me bringing back was me being "I didn't even pick this one out" but sorry to Gundry if he loses a bit of $ on this one I love his work and will recommend the pedal to some players and producers i work with and probably buy more of his stuff
